To apply to be considered as a Moxie or Moxie in Training please compose a written statement including your name, age, and years of dance training. Followed by short answers to the following questions (3-4 sentences each):
1. Why is dance important to you?
2. How can dance impact your community?
3. A Specific experience where dance influenced your everyday life.
